Join me at Dreams With Wings a non profit with programs for those with developmental and intellectual challenges and autism for a soothing sound bath designed for parents and children to relax and reconnect. The calming frequencies and gentle vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes help the body release tension, quiet the mind, and support emotional balance. Relaxing together in sound encourages co-regulation—helping families feel more grounded, peaceful, and in tune with one another.
